Background
Social Outreach Cell helps in fostering social responsibility and create a deeper connection between students, college and the community. Outreach activities can be a way to engage a community and share knowledge with students. Outreach programs in college are an educational process for the overall development of students. These programs remind students about the importance of community spirit. Here are some examples of outreach programs.

Objectives
The Social Outreach Cell of the college consists following objectives:
- The cell aims to promote awareness among students towards their surrounding environment and give them an opportunity to serve and sensitize the community.
- The cell also aims transformation of the students from just passive observers of challenges in the education field to catalysts who can contribute to making a positive change, especially in the rural regions.
- It works on instilling a sense of empathy and civic engagements among the students and is committed to make a positive change in the local community.
Functions
The cell plays a vital role in the following social aspects:
- Community Engagement:Work can be done in areas like community engagement, women empowerment, digital literacy, basic literacy and leadership.
- Entrepreneurial Activities: Students can participate in entrepreneurial outreach activities, such as setting up stalls at cultural festivals.
- Health, Check-ups and Nutrition: Medical programs can be conducted for health, checkup, and nutrition.
- Environmental Protection:Plays and nukkads can be organized to spread environmental awareness among the local communities.
- Students and teacher interaction with local community.
